Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TessraOne’s website, task and household tools, integrations, and paired frame app (the “Service”), operated by Anthony Lee. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts and household responsibility

You must be an adult legally able to enter this agreement to create or administer an account or connect a third-party account. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and only connect accounts you are authorized to use. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Parents and guardians are responsible for child profiles they create and for supervising children’s use of the frame. Household administrators are responsible for invitations, sharing permissions, device pairing, and the content visible on shared screens. Revoke access to devices you no longer control.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant us permission to host, store, process, transmit and display that content as needed to operate the features you use and share it according to your settings. This permission is limited to operating the Service and does not transfer ownership of your content. Only provide or share information you have the right to use.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, including household data, child profiles and connected calendars.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, harassment, exploitation, infringement or distribution of malicious content. Do not attempt to access another account without permission, bypass access controls, misuse integrations, disrupt the Service, or overload its infrastructure. Do not expose another person’s private information without authorization.

Google and other integrations

Use of Google Maps store-search features is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Search results are not a complete directory, and distances are straight-line estimates rather than driving distances.

Third-party connections are optional and subject to the provider’s terms and permissions. Connecting Google authorizes only the access you approve. Calendar management actions may modify events, invite recipients or change sharing; review these actions before submitting them. You can disconnect an integration or revoke access with its provider. Disconnecting does not undo earlier changes to third-party calendars or remove content already shared with others.

Provider availability, rate limits, outages and changes may affect the Service. We are not Google and do not imply Google’s endorsement.

AI, reminders and informational features

AI suggestions, weather, recipes, shopping information and other generated or third-party content may be incomplete or incorrect. Review results before relying on them. Chore reminders, calendars and frame updates depend on connectivity and device settings and may be delayed or missed. The Service is not an emergency, safety-critical, medical or professional advice system.

Service availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every error will be corrected. Keep your own copies of important information. If paid features are offered, their pricing and additional terms will be disclosed before you purchase them; these terms alone do not authorize a charge.

Ending use and suspension

You may stop using the Service, disconnect integrations, and contact us to request account or data deletion. We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, security risks, violations of these terms, or legal requirements. Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To that extent, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

Updates will be posted here with a revised date. We will provide notice of material changes where required. If you disagree with revised terms, stop using the Service. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
